Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, while deliveries outside Nairobi usually arrive within 2–5 business days. You'll receive updates once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always see the cost before completing your purchase.

Can I exchange an item?
