Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
Nari Studio does not offer refunds or returns. The only exception is a size exchange— if a piece does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item, subject to the conditions below.
1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than a size exchange as described below. Please choose carefully and use our Size Guide (available on every product page) before ordering.
2. Size Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size of the same piece, provided that:
- The exchange is requested within 7 days of collecting your order.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The requested size is available in stock. If it is not, you may exchange for another available size or receive store credit.
- You cover the Pick Up Mtaani delivery cost for sending the item back and receiving the replacement.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Made-to-order pieces (cut to your measurements) and any items marked final sale cannot be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may also be non-exchangeable.
4. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of collection with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
