How payment works
At checkout you'll be taken to Paystack's secure payment page to complete your payment. Once it's confirmed, you'll see your order summary right away and receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. Your items are only reserved against stock when payment succeeds — a failed or abandoned payment never charges you, and your cart stays intact so you can try again.
Prices & VAT
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include 16% VAT — the price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery based on your location (free on orders of KES 15,000 and above).
Discounts
Subscribers get 10% off their first order automatically — just check out with the email you subscribed with. Discount codes can be entered at checkout; when more than one discount applies, the higher one is used.
